Mr Sumit Chandrashekhar Gaidhane, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has done his Masters in Commerce from Nagpur University and also CA Intermediate. He has total working experience of 12 years in accounting field including finalization of the financial statements. He also has working knowledge in GST related filings and maintenance of records, Custom related documentation, TDS, etc. At present, he is Chief Financial Officer of Emkay Tools Limited and he looks after the financial, accounting, taxation and other statutory matters related to the Company.
CS Riya Agrawal is a Company secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. She is a qualified Company Secretary and passed CA Inter. She is having an experience of 5 years in ROC Compliances. She also have 10 years of experience in accounting field.
