Emkay Tools Limited (ETL) was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 in the state of Maharashtra on April 25, 2023 with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Emkay Tools Limited was incorporated as a wholly owned Subsidiary of Emkay Taps and Cutting Tools Limited.

The National Company Law Tribunal at Mumbai has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement inter-alia involving Emkay Taps and Cutting Tools Limited (‘Demerged Company’) and of Emkay Tools Limited (‘Resulting Company’) and their respective shareholders, under section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Scheme became effective from November 19, 2024 (‘Effective Date’) upon filing of the said order with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
Pursuant to the above-mentioned order, the company has made an application to NSE SME Emerge platform for listing of its Equity Share on 26 th December 2024. And we are awaiting the Approval of NSE.
