Emkay Tools Ltd (“ETL”) was established on 25th of April 2023 as a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Emkay Taps and Cutting Tools Limited. It is intended that the cutting tools business of the holding company will be demerged into this company as a joint venture.
After the demerger process is accomplished, we propose to list equity shares of the Company on the SME Platform of National Stock Exchange of India Limited. (NSE EMERGE).
