The National Company Law Tribunal at Mumbai has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement inter-alia involving Emkay Taps and Cutting Tools Limited (‘Demerged Company’) and of Emkay Tools Limited (‘Resulting Company’) and their respective shareholders, under section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Scheme became effective from November 19, 2024 (‘Effective Date’) upon filing of the said order with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. And the company received the final listing approval to start the trading on NSE SME Emerge platform from July 08, 2025.
